Situé à Manilva, en Andalousie, ce bel appartement de Marina Real rénové avec goût est doté d'un bel emplacement avec son balcon vitré (système coulissant), une vue sur la marina, le port de plaisance "Puerto de la Duquesa" et une vue frontale sur la mer.
Il dispose d'une place de parking dans le garage souterrain et de deux grandes piscines communautaires. L'une est située au même niveau que l'appartement et la seconde est située dans les jardins donnant accès à la plage et à la promenade.
L'appartement dispose d'une cuisine équipée ouverte sur le salon avec TV écran plat, une zone de buanderie, 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains, dont l'une avec douche italienne.
L'appartement est situé à proximité des boutiques, bars et restaurants du port, à 500 m du golf de Duquesa et à proximité d'Estepona (10 minutes), Marbella (25 minutes) et de l'aéroport de Malaga (60 minutes), aéroport de Gibraltar (20 minutes).
La piscine est ouverte du 01/07 au 31/08 (sauf modification par décision gouvernementale en cas de sécheresse).

The apartment was very tastefully decorated. With everything you need for a welcome break there. The very spacious balcony was so desirable, where you could sit and watch the world go by (Excellent table and comfy chairs add to it)! The only downsideplus

The only downside is that because of the very central location to the lovely marina it tends to get Very Noisy during the early hours!!! Fabulous apartment.

This apartment was excellent and everything we had hoped for having read the reviews. Ideally located with great views over the Marina and a 2 minute walk to a number of bars & restaurants.

There is a lovely pool area with well kept grounds. I would recommend certainly this apartment for a lovely stay. |

The air conditioning was not working which would have helped for a more comfortable nights sleep.
The bedding could be improved duvets are very heavy for comfort, the pillows are an odd shape and not at all comfortable.
